It Begins in Africa
A next-generation aluminium smelting facility is rising in Africa.
At the heart of this transformation is Sudarshan Aluminium FZE, future home to the continent’s largest single-site aluminium smelter. The facility is expected to produce over 1 million tonnes of LME-grade aluminium annually, serving global industries with high-performance, low-carbon metal powered by a dedicated Gas-based power plant, the project aims to redefine how aluminium can be made: cleanly, efficiently, and responsibly.

One site. Three key units. Endless possibilities.
Our smelter is going to be fully integrated with advanced potroom operations, carbon processing, and cast house facilities. From raw material to refined ingot, every step of our process is designed to be engineered for excellence.

Africa’s First 600KA Smelter Outside China
This is set to become more than a milestone; it is on track to establish a new benchmark for the region. With cutting-edge technology and sustainability at its core, Sudarshan Aluminium FZE is poised to define a global standard.
Greener Energy, Greener Aluminium
Unlike conventional smelting plants, our operations are expected to be powered by a state-of-the-art Gas-based power plant, designed to deliver consistent energy with significantly lower emissions. We are preparing to advance aluminium production with a future-forward energy model.
